Internet / Website / Email issues ?

There was a major change slated today for a group of Internet services to change their configurations for their services.

This does not appear to have gone as smoothly as planned.

This is causing some websites to vanish, some remote access to servers to break and some emails to be undelivered.

The fault is something we can’t currently assist with as it is with the major providers on the internet that link these things together.

We are monitoring the issue and are looking for further details so that we have a clearer idea as to when things will be back to normal.

If you have emails bouncing, please try and resend again towards the end of the day.

If a website is not responding, you might have to revisit it later today.

If you are remote to your office and unable to work remotely as you can not connect, please let us know and we can try other options for you.

Many of you will not be affected by this however, if you are, you now are aware and use other methods of communication.
